The Process
1. Understanding your needs
It’s important to really understand what your needs are. Often, clients may not know the exact product they want, but know what it must do. We take the time to really understand you needs. This includes quantities, time scales and will often source a range of options and various price points to help you decide.
2. We investigate and report
Once we have understood your needs, we will research the right factory and range of options for you. You will quickly get unit prices and lead times for production and delivery. Once you are happy in principle, we will have samples made and sent to you for approval.
3. Your Approval
Once you receive the samples and are happy with them, you sign the order and place the deposit on that order so that we can commence production.
4. Manufacture
We will visit the factory and inspect the goods as well as the packaging to ensure it is well within the specifications. For urgent jobs, we will facilitate the factory and can often attain lead times better than expected. It’s the advantage of having a Director on the ground, speaking the language.
5. Delivery
Documentation
All products exported from China require the right documentation. Ywschinadirct.com takes care of all these issues and makes sure the documentation is correct and ready for the export process. These documents are then forwarded to our office in the UK to ensure the smooth transition through UK customs.
Sea Freight
We will arrange the logistics from the factory to the address you require. Container ships leave from more than a dozen ports in China every week. Ywschinadirect.com pre-book the container onto a ship and obtain the most competitive rates to anywhere in the world. We use all types of sea freight including 20 ft, 40 ft, 40 ft Highcube containers as well as LCL consolidated freight.
Air freight
Regular freight flights leave all major China cities and Hong Kong on a daily basis. We can help to obtain competitive and discounted freight rates for customers wishing to use airfreight from China. An alternative to airfreight is air courier and rates from China are considerably less expensive than rates from many other countries. In many occasions air courier door-to-door can work out cheaper than airfreight because air courier typically includes clearance and inland transportation.
